Hope you're all doing great!

1. Anyone here who submitted full application to Buffalo and included the RPRF with the documents?

2. Should I make a cover letter stating that I have updated my English proficiency level based on IELTS result?

3. My declared funds to Sydney is higher than what I will declare to my full application package to Buffalo because I was only able to acquire 2 bank certificates from my 2 banks. Besides, I do not want to disclose yet all my bank accounts. Should I let Buffalo knows that my available funds as of this date is less than what I declared to Sydney?

4. Do you think it is relevant to mention the changes i just mentioned? or should i just be silent about it?

The AOR mentioned

NOTE: You must inform the visa office of my changes in your aplication (e-g. birth of a child,
marriage, new occupation or employer, etc) when submitting your application- Please
include a letter identifying what the changes are

1) I submitted to Buffalo but did not submit the RPRF. Not sure if that is a requiremetn now or not.
2) If you said you are going to do the IELTS, then no need to indicate this using a cover letter.
3) Whatever amount you show to Buffalo should meet the minimum requirement and you should show proof of that amount.

This is just my opinion. Remember, I am not an expert.
