Hi guys im kinda new here and seen a lot of reasons for the rejected student permit. I have not submitted my appication yet and i have a few questions. Here is my background. 31 years of age, male, married with 1 daughter which is almost 2 y/o. Both of them will be coming with me. Im a registered nurse in my country. My sister and both my parents are permanent resident in canada. Tried express entry but i was ineligible due lack of points. So here are my questions. Hoping you guys can help me.
1. I have already chosen a school which is accredited and the course i chose is LPN. Would this be an issue on my application? Since im already a registered nurse here.
2. I saw that i need to prove on my SOP that I will be back after my studies. Any other ways i can prove this? I have no immediate family here anymore, no assets or properties under my name.
3. My intentions is to take the LPN course then work in canada after my studies. Is it okay to mention this on my SOP?
4. I will be staying at my sisters house for the length of my stay and she will be the one supporting me all the way. What documents do i need from her to show she has the capacity to support.
5. Is it wise to pay 1 years tuition fee before i submit my online application?
