(1) Currently, I do not have a surplus of things to bring to Canada that I need to ship in order for me to prepare a BSF186A (Personal Effects to Follow) form. My questions are:
-What happens if I submit a BSF186A form and do not end up shipping the items or all of the items?
-Is there a deadline regarding shipping? (Example: Must be shipped within 6 months)
(2) I have my driver's license as well as written confirmation from my original licensing agency of my driving experience. I come from a country with no reciprocal agreement and I have more than 3 years of driving experience in the last 3 years.

(3) As acquiring the driver's license may take some time, is it possible or advisable to obtain an Ontario Photo ID card in the meantime? This is for proof of residence purposes as I understand it is fairly quicker to obtain this identification card.
