sorry for bother, I'm preparing my application.
I'm doing this fast because the VAC in my country will be closed after November 2nd.
I fallow the steps you told me on my previous posts, I don't know if IRCC will think I'm lying now or in my pasts applications but I uploaded documents that certificate im in common law since years, I wrote this in the explanation letter:
''By this letter I want to clarify that I had misunderstood the question about my marital status in my previous applications the mistake was unintentional, I made a mistake and I'm being honest by disclosing this mistake, I was badly advised in my previous application, now I have the correct papers for this application showing my home ties to my country of residence''.
for my home ties besides my partner and son I having proof of:
-Car papers.
-House ownership (belongs to me and my partner)
-Papers of handicraft store that we have now.
-employment letter (i'm a leader of a section y my job)
-Studies certificates that im finishing my second career.
-Banks statements.
-my duties here (electricity, internet and telephone contracts).
before summit this papers there's another suggestion or im ok with those papers as ''home ties''
