I recommend you don't apply for a Schengen visa to any Schengen country. Your overstay in Italy and Spain is available to all other Schengen countries if you reapply.

Your only chance would be to build stronger ties to your home country + travel to other countries (not Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, etc) before you reapply for another Schengen visa after a few years
Do you think UK,US,AU,NZ could be Grant my visa as per my strong ties with Qatar Or India ?

OMG are you sure i should wait year(s) For re-enter in schengen zone.
Yes, I'm pretty sure. I would say between 1-3 years before you reapply.

How Schengen countries deal with overstays depends on the country in question:
Netherlands: A re-entry ban of 1 year for overstays between 3 days to 90 days

Greece and Switzerland are tougher: It could be a heavy fine + a re-entry ban up to 5 years

As you violated your conditions of stay, it is better to not reapply to any Schengen country for a few years than to reapply and get refused

The US has refused you once.

Unfortunately, your strong ties to Qatar and India didn't help when you overstayed.

All refusals must be declared when you apply for any visa to any country. It would then depend on that country (and some luck) to be granted visitor visas

I Think US was easy he did not put to me anything he ask me why so you want to go and whare nd with whom you living here then ask to see My noc latter then refused my visa. Can i apply again for US like now my family here tht tym is was weak point.

It seems you were refused a US B1/B2 under 214(b). Your family ties are only one aspect. The visa officer will assess all factors, and not just the fact that your family resides with you.

I recommend you take one day at a time.... one visa application at a time
