Brother sponsor in Canada

I have brother in Canada. My age is 26. Is there any process that my brother can sponsor me? My brother is a Canadian citizen

What does that have to do with it? OP can potentially still qualify for Option 2.

You may sponsor one relative, related by blood or adoption, of any age if you meet all of the conditions, including

That would be correct. His having immediate family that live (or are eligible to live) in Canada make it impossible for him to sponsor you. You will need to immigrate to Canada on your own.
