brother in another country, can we pass his reqts here in Canada

Hi, both me and my husband are PR. My brother in law is a nurse in the Philippines and we are waiting for the FSW to open this early next year. Can he just mail to us all his reqts and we'll mail it here in Canada once it okay to pass new applicants, time wise, or will it affect the processing with regards to the adress.

If the forms are complete and signed by the applicant, you can mail it on behalf of him. His current mailing address should be correct on the application form and not your mailing address.

1. Except there will be new forms and according to the Gazette he will have to have his education evaluation, which no companies have been chosen as yet.
