Bringing my baby

I had been admitted to a PhD program for Jan 2018, but due to delays in issuing visa, I missed it. Now, I have another admission letter for Sep 2019, but I have a new born baby now. I wanted to know which category I have to apply for her?

You need an SOWP for your spouse and TRV for your child.

Thank you so much canuck78, an issue is when I want to apply for a TRV, I have to upload an invitation letter. and in its explanations has been mentioned that I have to be a permanent residence or a Canadian citizen to be able to send an invitation letter. What can I do?

You don't need an invitation.
