Bringing girlfriend into Canada (visitors visa) and then getting married. Possible or not?

1. I am permanent resident. We have been in relationship for almost 3 years but she is out of country. It is a genuine marriage.

Is it possible to bring her here in Canada through visitors visa and then we get married. After getting married apply for her permanent residency.

Yes - you can do this. No issues with your religions being different.

The only potential issue is getting the TRV. It can be quite difficult to get them approved.
