Bringing family member with you to Canada after study permit acceptance

I recently got a study permit but in my application I mentioned that I won’t be bringing anyone along with me.
I in the mean time got married and now I want to bring my husband with me to Canada during my study permit stay.
Is it possible to apply for him now under me that I’ll sponsor his stay? What’s the process for this?

You can attempt to apply for an OWP but it isn't guaranteed. Processing time is many months.
