I am a US citizen, i am getting married in canada and my fiance is a permanent resident of canada. if i get married in court there, will i be able to bring her to US with me based on that marriage? or do i still need to file for a visa for her?

you will want to find an immigration forum for the US. this forum is for people wanting to bring their spouses TO canada. If your spouse is a PR of canada, their ability to enter and stay in the us depends on whether or not their country of citizenship is visa exempt.. if your spouse requires a visa to visit the US, then being a PR in canada doesn't change that. To know how to successfully help your spouse immigrate to the us, again you will want to find a forum specific to THAT process. most people on here are not going to have experience with it. best of luck!
