Bringing a Peruvian to Canada through marriage

Hi all,

My fiancé and I are trying to figure out the best way to start our lives together in Canada. We are hoping to marry this fall either in the US (I am currently a dual citizen) or in India. If we marry before moving to Canada will it be a problem for him to immigrate? What is the best way to go about this?
