I've been doing research for months and i cant find a way to get my beijing friend out to canada! its either, hes invited for work or he has a family member or he has LOTS AND LOTS of money!

he worked in a hostel and made 10000's of foreign friends, he has pictures of himself next to all of them and 10000's of customer reviews about how awesome he is. I plan to let him live with me and pay for his food and w/e he needs for as long as he needs, hes basically my brother at this point.

His english is pretty good and he works at a travel agency and knows how to get things done.

PLEASE, PLEASE PLEASE! i need to see my brother again, i must find a way to get him out here the cheapest way possible, he has cash and i can lend him w/e needed!

Sorry! There is no "friendship" class with which to sponsor. He can be invited to "visit" you, however that does not permit him to work or study in Canada.

He'll have to come as a visitor or apply for a Visa through his own merits. You can't do anything for him.

He could try to apply for a work visa for selected jobs or try and get an LMO. The Skilled Worker section of the forum is a better place for this:

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/skilled-worker-professional-immigration-b4.0/

Unless you want to marry him or apply common law he can't be sponsored by you (and that would be committing immigration fraud, too).

Good luck!

Well, if he really "wants" to marry him, and the feeling is reciprocal . . . it wouldn't be fraud anymore.

Thats true :) I only added the end note so as not to make it seem I was suggesting they do it as a way to bring him here. If they do feel that way, that's they're best bet! :D

Am i missing something the OP says he's like a bother to him not a boyfriend as in relationship.

LMO is really hard .How old his your friend. If he is under 30 he could apply for a holiday working visa .Or as another poster suggested a skilled worker program.

CIC is very clear about immigration eligibility. They publish most of the Operational Manuals and Bulletins.
There are no "secret ins" that would be accessible to you or your friend. Now, if he was a defecting spy, there might be "ways".....

No such thing.

All of the options available are accessible to everyone on the CIC web site:
