Hi everyone ,
Would be really grateful if someone guide me.
My situation is:
MY PGWP is expiring next month. I am
Pnp non express entry (21 months since I applied for pr)
Got AOR
Got PAL
Gcms notes showed eligibility passed

My question is:
Am I eligible for BOWP. MY nomination letter shows NO RESTRICTION. (Only employer name and noc code is mentioned).
should I apply for bowp or closed work permit.
Kindly guide me

Yes , you can apply with help of AOR for your PR application. Make sure you also attach expired nomination certificate aa well when applying online.
