I got AOR on Jan 18th. I am FSW inland applicant, should i apply for extension now or will i get PR before June 18 2016?
1.Also my spouse has 4 years work permit expiring on June 18 aswell, she is a secondary applicant, does the 4 year cap matter for her?
2.Can we both apply together at the same time?
3. If i dont apply for BOWP, And say i get the PPR on June 18th, can i still work in implied status with PPR? When do i not need a permit, is it after COPR? and if so, how long does it take after PPR?
