BOWP - what to select?

I'm confused by the options on the BOWP form IMM5710. Do I select that I am applying for "an initial work permit or a work permit with a new employer"? Obviously I already have a permit if I'm applying for BOWP.

I don't see an option for "open work permit" and I though this is what was required. Thanks

I had a PGWP (open work permit; no LMIA) and selected "A work permit with the same employer"

My BOWP was granted on May 19th.
