So I applied for CEC via a lawyer.
I am now ging to apply for a BOWP - this is something my lawyer has advised against as I don't meet the criteria but we've all seen cases of it going through on here.
So my question is: if my cec app is via a lawyer, are there any repercussions/issues on applying for BOWP myself?

Not at all. Fill out the forms and file the application :)
