Bowp regarding Please assist

Hi,

Please help me as I am in a trouble.
My workpermit was expiring on 8th December 2020 and I applied extension around 8 pm before midnight.

I got payement receipt confirming that I have applied at 8 pm on 8th Dec .
But on confirmation letter on top.there is 8th december date and in the letter it is showing that application has been received by 9 december that too before midnight.

I am confused that whether I am on implied status or i missed the deadline.
