BOWP proof of status and adding Canadian born child into the application

I and my wife are on a work permit (to be expired on 22 Nov 2020) and we have also applied for permanent residence which is in progress, now to extend our stay here I have applied for (bridge open work permit) BOWP, I have two questions,
1) Do I need to add my Canadian born child to the application?
2) What proof of work permit do I give to my employer as they are asking for a new work permit?
