Bowp please advise

hi, I need to ask about bowp, I am under work permit and my husband too. My visa is expiring this December 18, I have a signed contract saying I will start a skilled job on the 20th of December. I know I can apply to bowp even the same day of expiring, but will this be valid? Can I apply with my contract? Will I need the 3 payslips? Can I attach a loe?

you have no idea how desperate I am, I was supposed to start in November but they delayed the opening, I had Another job and the guy fired me cause he didn’t like me or whatever, at this point I’m so willing to take any job, I am applying to other jobs but is difficult.

It's not clear what the situation is. Have you already applied for PR? If so, who is the primary applicant? Is your current job skilled or unskilled? What about your spouse?

I’m the primary applicant, I got a supervisor job but is going to start two days after my work permit expires, of course my contract is already signed. My husband just got a great job but I’m PA, so I’m the one getting the skilled job to sponsor his wp again. Can I apply to bowp with my contract and attach loe about my situation?

If you are the primary applicant, you can apply for the BOWP at any time. You don't need to have a skilled job.
