BOWP in CEC program

I have a closed working permit right now that is valid until 2022 in quebec, bit i want to apply for express entry under CEC program, i noticed in canada.ca page that one of the requirements is to have a work permit that will expire in 4 months or less, can you please share experiences about what to do in this case to get BOWP?

Are you still actively working for your employer in Quebec?

It's true that one of the criteria to qualify for a BOWP is that your current work permit must be expiring in 4 months or less. So the earliest you would qualify to apply is 4 months before the expiry date in 2022.
