Hello,

I am currently filing IMM documents to ask for a Bridging Open Work Permit and there is some little things I am not sure about.
I am currently in Canada since 2019 with a Working Holiday Visa (2 years open work permit) so I am supposed to be eligible to the BOWP since I am candidate for Express Entry with a December 2019 AOR.

Absolutely nothing has been done on my file since February 2020, eligibility MET, criminality in progress, security not started. :(
My WHV is ending in 4 months.

On the IMM5710 document I have several questions:

- At the "Previous countries or territories of residence", do you agree that I don't have to put anything if I only lived in my home country and Canada?

- Do I have to provide the name of the employer I am currently working for, since it is for an open work permit? Also on the employment history, I will have to provide this info anyway, could it be an issue if my current work does not match the NOC I provided for my EE profile? I did not used this work for my EE profile to gain points.

- About the education, there is only one field, I have 1 bachelor and 2 master degrees, the last master has been done in one year thanks for equivalencies with my 1st one. Do I have to provide only information about this degree, especially the dates (only 1 year)?

- On the Background information, they asked if I previously applied to enter or remain in Canada, which is obvious if I am in Canada and applying for a BOWP between one work permit to the PR... Do I have to say something specific here?

Thank you for your help!
@legalfalcon any advice on it? :D
