BOWP IMM5257E pdf upload error

All,

I know there has been posts discussed before on this forum and some workaround suggested for the Upload error of form IMM5257.pdf, however none of those seem to work for me. I have tried in many different browsers (chrome, Firefox, IE) and tried installing different versions of Adobe PDF readers, also did check the form fields through still no clue. Also submitted a technical error report on CIC portal.

With that is there an alternate option other than sending physical application for BOWP ? my permit expires on 30th September and my 6 months mark reaches on 25th September for my CEC inland PR application. Any advice appreciated.

Error I get every time I try to upload is below.

Validation error: You have not completed the mandatory fields or you have not completed them correctly. Please make corrections where indicated.
Error Description:
You have submitted an invalid form. Please complete and validate an electronic version of the application form, save it to your computer, and upload it.

Note: You cannot submit an application form that has been scanned.

You do not need to sign your application form. You must provide a digital signature once you are ready to transmit your completed application.

Did you print the form, signed it and then scanned it into the computer and trying to upload?
If that is the case it will not work

when uploading form in the CIC portal after logging in with GC Key, you don't have to sign.
All you have to do is complete the form, validate it and upload
After uploading all the documents you hit submit, there you will do electronic sign.

oh by the way you are march 25 AOR, mine is March 24

are you FSW or CEC
what is your background check status?

Thanks for your response, I havent printed or scanned the document. Filled the form on my laptop and validated still dont work. My background still inprogress.
