According to IRCC, all Work/Study Permits issued post-August 2015 have Electronic Travel Authorizations (ETAs) already attached to them. Meaning the holders don't have to apply for an ETA to get back into Canada. IRCC also says that Work permit extension holders do have to apply for ETAs to return.
What's the story with Bridging Open Work Permit Holders? Do they have ETAs attached or are we required to apply for ETAs to return to Canada?
