BOWP help - how to apply online

I am still waiting for MR and my work permit is going to expire in less than 4 months.

I am trying to apply online... but I have to go through the eligibility tool, and it keeps telling me that I am not eligible to apply!!

has anyone applied for BOWP online and got through the eligibility tool? how did you do it?

Do you have your AOR? If yes, then answer "yes" to having received a positive eligibililty decision on your PR application.

If no, then you're not yet eligible...

Yes you need to have an AOR to be eligible for BOWP...
