Applying Bowp
In IMM5710E.
It is asking for
have you taken a test from a designated testing agency to assess your proficeincy in english or not.
I am also applying for my wife for open work permit.What should we fill in these columns.

Please help me
 
I am not sure but isn't the bowp based on u receiving an aor

Well i selected Yes based on my ILETS which i gave for CEC application

It depends. In theory yes, but people in here have stated they have been able to get BOWP before AOR.

It is quite in the grey area. For PR OP should have taken an English exam, so even if it is not necessary he has taken it.

Before quoting, you should give at least 10 minutes for people to edit as a courtesy.

Ooops, Sorry was not aware you have checked out Document for edit ;D
 
what i meant is if u haven't given ielts, the pr application will be returned back and there is no point applying for a bowp
 
Since we applied for pr we can check that we have given ielts exam.
But what when applying for spouse.

Is schedule 1 necessary while applying Bowp.
 
Hi all,

I am filling forms for my BOWP now. I already have my AOR.

I came across this question in a form:

Have you taken a test from a designated testing agency to assess your proficiency in English or French?

My AOR was in MARCH and my IELTS expired in JULY first week.

To the question above, should I giving a YES or NO?
