Hey guys, I got AOR 4 months ago and still waiting for final approval, WP expiring Jan 2023.
Can I apply for BOWP at CBSA in Niagara? I am getting conflicting messages on CBSA & IRCC websites.
Seems like from CBSA they will take BOWP application while IRCC says BOWP must be applied online, has anyone successfully applied for BOWP at a border office?
