BOWP and eTA

Hi, I got my BOWP on April 16 alongside an eTA application, but when I go there to check the eTA https://onlineservices-servicesenli...y?lang=en&_ga=1.33346621.203288567.1458244437 I get a:

"No matches were found using the criteria provided.", even though I put all the correct info.

Has that happened to any of you before?

eTAs aren't issued with BOWPs. You need to apply separately.

They are issued with the BOWP (at least in my case)

This is what it says on an official document:

"Document to travel to Canada or re-enter
A study or work permit is not a travel document. To allow you to travel to or re-enter Canada
by air only, we have issued you an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) when we issued your
permit extension."

Interesting. They generally aren't issued with "within Canada" apps.

As it was not issued, you can just apply separately.
