Hi @legalfalcon,

I am planning on applying for a BOWP as my current work permit expires in Jan 2022. However I reside in Quebec at the moment and have mentioned the intention to move in my PR application. Which according to my GCMS notes was approved in late July, 2021. Am I eligible to apply while still residing in Quebec ? If so should I apply ASAP or wait for sometime to see if I can get my landing done ?

One of the requirements of BOWP is that you live in Canada (Quebec not included).

In the BOWP application, you will have to mention your address, and if you re residing in QC, you are not eligible to apply.
