Blue letter from CIC

Hi,

Could anyone please help with following queries;

1- I have received a blue letter from CIC calling in Nov with documents like passports, T4 slips, valid photo ID and other. I understand that this is related to quality check and PR may be given subject to satisfactory production of the documents.

2- Parallel I have filed an appeal since there was a question raised on my RO by the Canadian consulate but a travel document was given if i need to pursue an appeal in person which I am following up and currently in Canada. My understanding is that even if PR card is renewed I will still be subject to appeal final outcome. Please confirm.

3- I am not intending to leave Canada until the appeal process is finalized which may take up to 3 years. Though the appeal period will not count towards RO but it may be having a positive impact at the time of final decision.

It's possible that you will not be issued with the renewed PR card now as you are currently under report. Possession of a new physical PR card does NOT overcome an inadmissibility report.
