I have submitted on 1st Apr and status still shows "Processing at consulate"

I applied at BLS Vancouver on May4th, Today status changed to 'Ready for Dispatch'

just now changed the status to 'Dispatched via Courier'. Hope to receive my PCC in 2 days. BLS is highly efficient now.
