Hi, I am an OCI card holder in Canada and I needed a PCC for my new job from India. I needed it for the time when I was there before I came to Canada. I applied through BLS but the CGI issued me PCC just for the time I went to visit India (four weeks). I reapplied and provided a letter of explanation and I have not heard anything back from them yet.
The application status shows processing at the consulate general of Inida and no one replies to the emails or phone calls.
What can I do? I need this PCC urgently and they are taking their sweet time.
Would going to BLS help? Is there any number where I can raise the issue with India government of CGI India in Canada?
