I have a bachelors degree in manufacturing engineering and i want to apply for express entry.
i have around 435 points, i know its low and i will probably not going to be eligible.
but if i get a certification in this i will get around 458 points

will a black belt certificate be enough? this is a 5 month course in a recognized education center.
