BITS-WILP M.Tech WES Evaluation

Hi guys, I am applying to get my BITS-WILP M.TECH degree evaluated under WES. I am getting confused while filling the WES form about years attended and year awarded? If someone did fill this info, Kindly share the details please .

Also, BITS comes under University Education under type of education column. Please confirm.

Year Awarded means, which year you received your degree
Years attended means, your start year and end year of the courses.

So when we get the provisional degree that is considered as year awarded or when we get our original degree that is considered as year awarded?
As you know already, we get our degree late from university so they give us provisional for the time being

I am not sure about this.
I feel it should be when you receive the original as that will be in the system, since WES will ask the institution to send degree and transcripts directly to them.
You can call WES to confirm.
