High school certificate that has the name of either of your parents or a notarized affidavit.

Thank you very much for your reply .

To be safe side I will apply with (Date of Birth Certificate (Indian Embassy)+ Attested High school mark list has (my name , DOB, father name, State, country) + Notarized Affidavit + Covering letter)

even I'm confident that they will accept my case but Im just cross checking here.

Leave the Date of Birth Certificate from Indian Embassy. CIC does not accept it.

Hi Naga MSBI

These documents should be fine for a "Date of Birth" proof. Notarized affidavit is the main document as your proof of Date of birth. The additional documents can be your Certificate of Birth from Indian Embassy, High school marks sheet, Your Canadian drivers licence and your Ontario ID card if you have them. However All these additional documents will be mentioned on you "Notarized Affidavit" anyway.

Cheers,
Kunishsa
