What happened to their birth certificates?. Why you want to submit another document on behalf of it.?.
There should be sufficient justification for not submitting a birth certificate.

Depends on visa office and date of birth of dependent and of course the reason for non submission of dob certificate. delhi accepts matric certificate in lieu but there is a cut-off year after which it is not acceptable. I am not aware of that cut-off year.

i have 3 children , i have B certificate for all , but one of the certificate is alittle bit old ,& i have to go back to my country to get neww one , so it will cost time & money

B forms are not equal to birth certificates. B form is registration of child as your family member not its birth certificate.
