Birth certificate translation

Hello everyone,
We sent our file in July, We have a temporary file application number.
part of the needed documents was the translation of the birth certificate, we sent and it is stamped by a notary public, we just figured out that this stamp is different than the cover page that states that this is a translated document.
Do we need to send it by a web form?
Or is it okay?

Hard to say, since you have it, scan and submit through webform just in case.
