Is birth certificate mandatory for express entry application? Or just for Province nomination?
If I don't have it, what's the alternative for it? I am currently based in US.

Birth Certificate of Primary and Dependents is not required for FSWP howevr for PNP, its definitely required.

If you do not have birth certificates, you can get in writing from Municipal Commissioner Office about non-availability of Certificate.

woopsy... I though you are in India. If will have to get this from birth location's "Birth certificate issuing department".
