Birth Certificate & Passport Name Problem

Hi Guys,

I have a problem regarding name difference in my birth certificate & in my passport

My Name in the Birth Certificate & All Educational Documents is Muhammad Kashif Bin Farooq

&

My Name in the Passport & the National Identity Card is Muhammad Kashif Farooq

Please let me know that is it a big problem,

And How to solve this problem?
