My husband has an pending asylum case in united states and he does not have a passport or certified copy of passport. He has his asylum paper such as I-589, notice of receipt, ASC appointment notice. we received biometrics instruction letter. have anyone in the same situation provided their biometrics successfully has IRCC website says under exemptions that someone whoi has asylum case pending they can do it without passport PLEASE ADVISE
