Biometrics Status Not Updating

Hey people,

anyone else have the issue where they’ve given biometrics and details show up in online account but status of biometrics still says “we need your fingerprints”

Seems like other people have reported this before but wanted to know if others are currently facing it

I gave my biometrics back in December and still nothing is showing up in my account and I got my PR since then.

The website is not accurate.
Just in case, send a webform with the proof they gave you and then wait.
