Biometrics Request | VFS Kolkata | Parents TRV

Hello,
I have applied for my parents TRV and I received request from IRCC for bio-metrics submission within 30 days (ends at 15th February 2023)

1 - So lets say If I get appointment on 2nd Feb 2023 for bio-metrics at VFS office then how much time VFS office takes to forward the bio-metrics to IRCC?

2 - Whatever time VFS Office takes is it counted in 30 days period ? what if IRCC receives bio-metrics after 15th Feb 2023) ?
e.g. If I submit biometrics on 2nd Feb 2023 and IRCC receives them after 15 days which is 17th Feb 2023, then what will happen in this case ?

I am worried a bit.

The letter is self explanatory.

"You have 30 days from the date of this letter to present yourself at a biometric collection
service point to give your biometrics:

You must visit a biometric collection service point to have your fingerprints scanned and
photograph taken on or before February 15, 2023"
