Biometrics request during COVID-19

Hello,

I have a full time job offer Skill 0 job offer as an Occupational Therapist and received provincial nomination. I have applied for my worker permit, but they have requested my/my partners biometrics. However I believe the London VAC centre is currently closed. Can I get my biometrics when I arrive in Canada? and will my application be processed without my biometrics?

No, you can't get biometrics done when you arrive. They must be done for your app to be approved. You will have to wait for it to reopen.
