I was asking about the four stages it has to undergo such as Biometrics, Medical Exam, Eligibility and Background Verification. So where is it in those?
Do you have an account on tracker? This is the link here you can see your visa issuance number if issued and other steps in the application process. You must know your UCI number in order to be registered. It is a separate accoutn from your GCC account.

now tell us when is your eligibility completed or when your background verification status started? Date? and on the right top corner when was last updated, date?
what are your travel dates and from which country did you lodge your application in?

you are using information from gcc account, you should look information posted on the tracker. it is frequently updated with new information with regards to your application
is eligiblity completed on tracker or not, still showing the message it is still under "not started" status. This status usually does not get updated on gcc account but it gets updated on the tracker, new portal
