Biometrics not marked "Completed" inspite of showing reference number

Hello,
I have given my Biometrics in First week of December,2020. But still after 3 months, it's not showing "Completed" in the Biometrics section on lower part of application but the BIL reference number in upper part is showing. And PPR is not received and showing "Under Review" for more than 2 months. I am being notified by mail that my Biometrics is gone under review to the officer. So how much more time it would take to complete the review process?

Honestly, no one really knows the timeline. It could be few days to weeks. Just be patient. Plus, most times, updates usually come after you get your final decisions.

Hey I am also facing the same problem oy difference is its showing completed in the lower section, and upper section showing not received, completed my biometrics on jan 15, are you Non Sds?

Same issue. I gave my biometrics on Feb 18, all the enrollment date, expiry date, and the biometrics number is visible in the GC key. But the status part still says " you need to give your fingerprints" hope this will get resolve soon. I'm waiting for my medical as well. I raised a webform to IRCC no reply
