biometrics in halifax

hi guys. I have received phone call from service canada yesterday and today. it was private number. but every time I click answering phone it was hung up automatically. any idea why it happened? it is so frustrating. I don't know why it happened to me and my wife.

If you are using iphone, then check in settings > phone > silence unknown callers option Turn 'off' if it's 'on'. That would be a possible issue.

I have checked already and it was off. my wife phone is iPhone and mine is Samsung and both phone couldn't pick up the unknown caller.
