i received a request letter stating that I am required to pay the outstanding fee online. On my “details about your application status” it says that “we do not need your fingerprint”. Moreover , when I try to pay the fee from the link provided in the request letter, it will just bring me back to my application status page and does not allow me to pay. In the request letter it states that if I don’t pay the fee within 7 days, my my application will be closed
 
Have you submitted your Biometrics before? If not you really need to pay and have it taken.
