Hi, I applied for my study permit to canada around November 2022 uploaded all required documents and paid the application fee of $150. Few weeks later they sent an email telling me to pay the biometrics fee $85 and upload the receipt to the IRCC webpage which I did shortly after. After I uploaded the receipt it showed an amount of $150 to pay, but in retrospect I already payed that same amount to submit the application, does that mean I have to pay it again to submit the biometrics payment receipt??
