Biometrics dependency

Given that biometric services at ServiceCanada are suspended, is there anyone who got their PR approved after Mar 2020 or were able to provide biometrics after Mar 2020 while being within Canada?

Why would your relationship with your wife be devastated? What's happening, LOL?
 
The offices were closed on March. So anybody who got asked for biometrics, is still sitting and waiting for getting their biometrics done.
