I have an Humanitarian & Compassionate (H&C) application in and IRCC sent me confirmation and now requires me to get my biometrics scanned at a designated Service Canada location.
Now my application is complicated. Before I put in my H&C application, I was scheduled to be deported from Canada and when the day came for me to leave, I didn't show up.
With that action I am sure I have a Canada-Wide warrant for my arrest.
Right now I am underground and basically homeless as I couldn't legally live at where I used to stay before the deportation date.
I have to get my biometrics taken for my application to move forward but my concern is with my biometrics being taken at a Service Canada.
Will I run into enforcement trouble while getting my biometrics? That is to say is there a chance I might get taken and detained?
